Qais Cakes (Pancakes)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese (don't worry, you won't taste it, I HATE cottage cheese)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
put everything in the blender and blend it up until the oats are broken up and everything is mixed together. fry them up in the pan - add fruit or your favorite toppings.
