It's the last week before payday and before we go out of town so it's a 'use up the back of the cabinet/freezer' type of week. Here we go
Monday - spicy chicken sausage, squash, zucchini
Tuesday - burgers on the grill
Wednesday - baked veggie penne with chunky sauce, spinach salad
Thursday - leftover pasta & spinach
Friday - we'll be on the road to Asheville!
